TPT in Canada

Yesterday I had the opportunity to meet other Canadian TPTers! It was a fun event and helped me to come out of my comfort zone a little ;)  Here's a little souvenir bookmark that I made for each of the attendees.

Classroom pictures

Today I am sharing a look inside my grade 3 classroom during set-up this year.

I built student mailboxes with cube shelving and it has been fantastic! I can see clearly when there is mail that still needs to be taken home and it makes handing out items a breeze.  My desk organizers are also pictured. They are $10 laundry carts from Wal-Mart!

Back to blogging!

I've taken quite a break from blogging!  I am now nearing the end of my year in Grade 3, and what a year it has been. Tons of fun, and really awesome kids to spend my time with.

As I get back into the swing of blogging, here's a memory of October. Our school had a door decorating contest and we went with a candy theme!  Trick-or-treat, BIG time! I used the Cricut to cut out all of the M&M circles. One of my students decorated the big box candy that are at the top of the trick-or-treat bag.  I covered a big piece of cardboard with an orange vinyl shower curtain to make the bag.  It turned out pretty great I think!
